In late February, we started looking for a condo or townhouse for my 2 daughters, and asked Max to

help. In our first meeting, we told Max our preferences in terms of locations, price range, and other

relevant factors, and Max provided us with an assessment of the current housing market. Max also

referred us to a couple of good lenders who she worked with, and we quickly started working with one

of them to pre-qualify us.


In the next 2 months, Max emailed us frequent property candidates that may interest us, and followed

up by accommodating our schedules to arrange visits to the ones we wanted to see. Each visit included

several properties arranged in a sequence that minimized travel time. Last minute changes we requested

were always satisfied, and we were very impressed by her excellent communications, quick response,

and diligent follow-through on any concerns or questions we had. After each house tour, we were able to

learn more about various property features, and Max helped us to refine our specific preferences and

criteria.


After we had decided on a property to make a bid, Max was on top of everything, and took care of all the

paperwork and communications with our lender and the escrow company. After a failed bid, the

property we selected fell out of escrow, and we had the opportunity to resubmit our bid, which was then

accepted. During the escrow process, Max coordinated and scheduled the home inspection, all

necessary paperwork, and follow-up request for repair credit.


Max made the entire house-hunting process enjoyable and educational for my daughter and me. We

relied on her professionalism and excellent attention to detail, and look forward to working with her in

future house hunting endeavors.
